When does my Stripe payout arrive? +

First payouts release after 7 business days. Subsequent payouts land in 3 business days.

I won an item — when's the pickup? +

Each auction has one scheduled pickup window set by the seller. You'll see the date on your win confirmation.

Can I cancel a bid? +

No — bids are binding once placed. You can ask the seller to cancel a winning bid; they're under no obligation.

How do I become a seller? +

Visit seller.bidrush.ca and complete the seller signup. Approval is automatic for most accounts.

An item arrived damaged. What do I do? +

Open a ticket within 48 hours of pickup with photos. We mediate between you and the seller.

How do I delete my account? +

Open a ticket. Your account is anonymized within 30 days; financial records are retained per CRA rules.
